RAVENDA does not require customers to submit positive reviews.

We do not knowingly purchase, create, or distribute fake reviews or testimonials.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content standards.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits you from providing an honest opinion or review where permitted by law.


13. LICENSE TO CUSTOMER CONTENT

By submitting Customer Content to RAVENDA, you grant RAVENDA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that content for purposes related to operating, marketing, promoting, and improving our Services.

This license does not transfer ownership of your Customer Content to RAVENDA.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the license described above.

Shopify and its associated trademarks belong to Shopify Inc. or its respective owners.

All other trademarks displayed on the Services belong to their respective owners.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This provision does not require you to indemnify RAVENDA for liability caused by RAVENDA’s own unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where permitted by law if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise create a risk to RAVENDA, our customers, or our Services.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Sections concerning intellectual property, customer content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, privacy, dispute-related provisions, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.

Because RAVENDA operates internationally and may sell to customers in different jurisdictions, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to a customer’s location may apply notwithstanding any general governing-law provision.
